Print your Aadhaar card on A4, front and back, at actual size
Banks, SIM shops, schools and offices ask for a "Xerox of Aadhaar, both sides". Make that copy with your phone in under a minute, at the exact size of the card, both sides on one A4 page.
How to print Aadhaar front and back on one page
- Open AlifBay Scan To Pdf and choose ID card.
- Put the Aadhaar card on a plain table that contrasts with it (a dark table works best) and fill the frame. The outline turns green when the card is found. Tap the button.
- Check the corners, tap Next, then tap Scan the back and repeat for the back side.
- Both sides are placed on one A4 page at 85.6 × 54 mm, the real card size. Tap Save PDF, Share (WhatsApp, email) or Print.
Printing tip: in the print dialog choose Actual size or Scale 100%, not "Fit to page". Otherwise the printer may enlarge the card.
Aadhaar card size
| Card | Size |
|---|---|
| Aadhaar PVC card | 85.6 × 54 mm (3.37 × 2.13 in), the standard ID-1 card size |
| Cut-out part of the Aadhaar letter / e-Aadhaar | about the same as a PVC card when cut along the line |
| A4 paper | 210 × 297 mm |
Because every Aadhaar PVC card has the same size, the app uses the card itself as a ruler. No A4 sheet or measuring needed.
Use masked Aadhaar where you can
A masked Aadhaar shows only the last 4 digits of your number, which is safer to hand out. You can download it from the official myAadhaar portal and print that instead when the full number isn't required. When you share a copy, it's common to write the purpose and date across it and sign it (self-attest).
Is it safe?
Yes. The photo is processed on your phone and never uploaded to us. There is no login, no ads and no tracking. See the privacy policy.
Questions
Can I print both sides of Aadhaar on one A4 sheet?
Yes. Scan the front, tap "Scan the back", and both sides are placed on one A4 page at real size, ready to print.

The Aadhaar PVC card is 85.6 × 54 mm, the same standard (ID-1) size as bank cards and PAN cards.

Is my Aadhaar uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your phone. The image never leaves the device unless you choose to share or save it.
